SWAT hosted Red Ribbon Week

Briggs SWAT club strives to expose Big Tobacco lies to our community. Every day nearly 4,000 young people try cigarettes for the first time. Worldwide, tobacco use causes more than 5 million deaths per year, and current trends show that tobacco use will cause more than 8 million deaths annually by 2030. (Center for Disease Control and Prevention)  It is our goal to empower and unite youth to resist and expose the dangers of tobacco.  Briggs School is a 24/7 tobacco free campus. SWAT members making a commercial at Lakes Country 102.1
