Briggs Braves beat Woodall , 42 - 32!!! Our teams were on fire today!!!

Briggs Maidens beat Maryetta , 36 - 21!!! Way to go!!!

No school Monday (2/17) due to Professional Development.

Briggs Braves & Maidens basketball teams will both play tomorrow, Feb. 13th at Dale High School in Shawnee. Our teams will leave Briggs in the morning at 8:30 a.m. Girls will play Maryetta at noon and the boys will play Woodall at 6:00 p.m. Briggs girls vs Maryetta will be the first game of the day.

Attention 8th graders!!! 8th grade class dues are being collected until March 13th. These pay for your cap, gown and tassel which will be yours to keep. As soon as we have them paid we can order them so you will have time to get them decorated and beaded.

Briggs families,
We are making goody bags for our basketball players and cheerleaders for the state tournament this week. If you would like to contribute something, you may drop off items at the main office by Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. We have 45 students going.

Congratulations Blaklee Jones ! She represented Briggs 4-H well at the Cherokee County Junior Livestock Show by winning reserve grand champion with her heifer and junior showmanship grand champion.

Cherokee Nation Tribal Council members Codey Poindexter and Candessa Tehee recently donated to Briggs Boys & Girls Club. We appreciate the positive impact the council members have on our students.


The PickleBotz attended the Bixby Battle of the Bots this weekend and won the Think Award.
The Think Award qualifies them for the Oklahoma Vex IQ State Championship. Congratulations PickleBotz!
